Privacy policy

What we collect

• Requests from your AI assistant. Your assistant sends only what a tool needs: search words, filters such as a maximum price, and product IDs. We do not receive your name, email address, account details, chat history or files. Our application does not store search words.
• Followed shop links. When you follow a link to a shop, we record the product, the shop, the channel (website or AI assistant) and the time. No IP address or other personal data.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser, requested address and time) to operate and secure the service.
• No cookies. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use and store it

We use this information only to answer requests, keep the service running and secure, and see which shops and products are useful. Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your information. When you click a shop link you leave Tryvon: the link goes through our affiliate network (Awin) to the shop's website or app. Awin and the shop may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies, for example to record that a purchase came from our link. Any purchase is between you and the shop.

Retention

Click records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Hosting logs are kept according to our hosting provider's retention policy.
